I made the decision to become a professional chef when I was just seven years old. I decided I would be going to The Culinary Institute of America when I was only nine. Originally, I wanted to be a pastry chef, but I changed my mind during Culinary School. In October of 2004, after years of cooking for presidents, celebrities, and hotels, I opened the Fireside Café in Loveland, Colorado!
